Guiding principles

Guiding principles

The company Lüberg Elektronik GmbH & Co. Rothfischer KG considers itself to be a competent partner in questions of PCB production for single-sided and through-plated PCBs, in the development of special parts for HF applications, fitting and assembly, as well as plastic metallisation for 3 D-MIDs.

To support the development of the company and achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction, we maintain a quality management system and an environmental management system which fulfils the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001/2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001/2015.

This management system is based on the following guiding principles:

Customer satisfaction

Our customers are the focus of our work. We strive to fulfil the requirements and needs of our customers as far as possible within a reasonable economic framework. This applies to both our products and services as well as our consulting services. We want to use our core competencies for the benefit of our customers. For this purpose, we aim to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, which we determine on a regular basis as part of our management reporting.

Growth

Our ideas and our knowledge secure our future. On this basis, we aim to resolve the tasks set for us by our customers and to meet their requirements and expectations. We consider changes in the market to be an opportunity for more growth, to put our profits and capabilities at the service of developing and delivering innovative services as well as solutions which fulfil the emerging needs of our customers.

Managerial expertise

We want to continuously adapt and improve our quality management to the new circumstances. The company and process objectives are derived from the guidelines with the goal of encouraging managers to take responsibility for the joint achievement of our quality objectives and to identify with our core values.

Maintaining market share

We want to create clear competitive advantages for our customers and for ourselves, and we also want to be a reliable partner in the fields of environmental protection and occupational health and safety. We want to secure the growth of our company by serving the markets in which we are already present with meaningful and innovative services and solutions. This is an area in which we strive to maintain our position. We also want to move into new areas that build on our technologies and expertise and take the interests of our customers and other interested parties into account.

Profit

Our goal is to generate sufficient profits to finance the further growth of our company and to provide the resources we need to achieve our business goals as well as other tasks.

Continuous improvement

We consider it our task and challenge to question existing approaches and to develop forward-looking solutions to our work through continuous improvements. Our goal is to continuously increase the quality and competitiveness of the services that we offer.

Zero-defect philosophy

We consider problems and recognised errors to be opportunities for innovation and improvement. Every employee has the obligation and the right to contribute to the recognition and elimination of defects to make products of flawless quality and to avoid or reduce negative effects on the environment. Preventing defects takes priority over detecting defects.

Employee satisfaction

The qualification, information and motivation of all our employees is a fundamental requirement for the success of our company. We therefore believe in informing our employees and supporting them with training in the necessary knowledge and skills.

By setting goals, we are dedicated to continuous improvement. Each employee is responsible for implementing this policy in his or her area of responsibility. The guidelines are publicly available to everyone (interested parties), and are communicated by the individuals and organisations appointed by the company.

Corruption

The conduct of employees or a decision which is taken by them may not be influenced by third parties outside the department (individual, business enterprise, association, society, other institution) on the basis of material or immaterial benefits. Employees are obliged to inform the employer immediately if they are offered benefits or gifts.
In the same way, our employees must not influence the conduct or decisions of third parties through material or immaterial benefits.

Orientation to the environment and safety

As an industrial company, we are committed to responsibility for environmental protection and safety during our work. We are therefore prepared to take measures that extend beyond the fulfilment of legal and official requirements if we consider them necessary on the basis of our own responsibility, taking ecological and economic concerns into account. We strive to continuously reduce the consumption of resources and energy and to minimise emissions and waste so that we contribute to an environmentally-friendly development. Every manager is obliged to inform his or her employees about the compliance with safety regulations, the use of protective equipment and about the DIN EN ISO 14001/2015 standard so as to be able to work with the right kind of environmental and safety awareness. In this way, we shall achieve a high level of safety and health-oriented behaviour on the part of our employees.
